Through this document, The Sound Ibiza presents its policies for the use of its services, which must be read and observed by each and every customer and visitor.
Process: The user must make the purchase or rental of the material through the website of The Sound Ibiza following the established purchase process. In this process is obliged to create a user account in order to manage their orders and exercise their rights as a consumer. Once the purchase process has been completed, you will receive a summary of your order in your email.
Payments can be made through our virtual POS terminal using Visa and MasterCard cards, or by bank transfer / entry in the account (s) indicated for that purpose.
The user is entitled to the return of the order amount in the following terms and conditions:
Returns must be informed in writing, sending an email to email@example.com explaining the reason for the return. No cancellations reported by any other means are accepted. In this email must include the id of the order you will find in the summary sent by email, including your name, date and contact details.
After receiving this email we will contact you. to carry out a verification of the material received and in case of corroborating the reason of the return we will proceed to the same.
Substitution policy: You can request the replacement to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 calendar days after receiving the material.
Cancellation policy: The Sound Ibiza reserves the right to cancel an order if it has been chosen as payment method bank transfer and said payment has not been made within 15 calendar days after the creation of the order
